Return Policy

RED SIGNAL™ always works to have the happiest possible customers. In some cases we understand that a customer may wish to dispute the successful resolution of a technology problem. Any instance where a customer would like a full or partial refund or exchange from RED SIGNAL™ shall be governed by the following rules:

  • All labor sales are final. A labor sale is classified as any service that is delivered to a customer that is not a physical or digital product. No refund or exchanges are available on any labor-based service. RED SIGNAL™will continue to work on any issue until it is resolved.
  • No Returns on Opened or Special Order Software. All software purchases are final and can not be returned under any circumstances once they have been opened. If software was ordered specifically for a customer (including operating systems) they can not be returned under any circumstances.
